1 lb. lean ground beef Combine onion and beef in colander, if available, or microwave casserole. Cook on High power (100%) for 3-5 minutes, stirring once or twice, to crumble the beef. Place drained onion and hamburger mixture into 2 quart casserole. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the buns. Blend well and heat on High power (100%) for about 3 minutes, or until very hot and heated through. Spoon meat mixture onto buns and serve.
