1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2/3 cup dried bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon paprika

6 boneless pork chops, 1” thick

Place tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, spices and cornstarch in microwave casserole.  Mix well.  Cook for 5-10 minutes, at 100% power, stirring once.  Mix parsley, crumbs and paprika.  Moisten chops and coat with crumb mixture.  Place pork chops in casserole on top of sauce, meatiest portions to outside.  Cover and microwave at 70% power for 15-18 minutes, or until pork is light pink or 160 degrees throughout.  Let stand a few minutes.  Spoon the sauce over chops to serve.
